Description Launch your career in media sales. Get hands-on experience building client relationships, developing advertising solutions, and learning the business behind some of New Mexico’s most recognized media brands. What You'll Do
- Identify new qualified leads through territory canvassing and competitive media analysis.
- Assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing "Spec" presentations and digital audits for upcoming pitches.
- Conduct "cold door knocks" or introductory visits to distribute media kits and capture contact information for decision-makers.
- Ensure all leads and field notes are accurately entered into the CRM
- Represent the company at community events (Chamber mixers, festivals) to collect business cards and build the prospecting database. Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Requires current enrollment in a degree program (Junior or Senior standing) or a recent graduate with preferred majors that include marketing, business administration, communications, or journalism.
- Background in customer service preferred
