Job Description We are looking for an experienced Workday Core HCM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, business processes, reporting, and employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.
- Manage Worker Data, Job & Position Management, Supervisory Organizations, Locations, and Cost Centers .
- Configure end-to-end business processes including Hire, Onboarding, Job Change, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination .
- Work on Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Recruiting modules.
- Develop and maintain Custom Reports, Advanced/Matrix Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Workday Analytics .
- Configure and maintain Workday security , security groups, roles, and domain permissions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configuration solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing Workday support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, functional, technical, and integration teams.
- Prepare functional/technical documentation and support testing and deployment activities. Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM .
- Workday HCM configuration and business process experience.
- Worker Data, Job/Position Management, Organizations, and Employee Lifecycle.
- Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields .
- Experience with Workday Security and role-based access.
- Good understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM architecture. Good to Have
- Workday EIB, Studio, Core Connectors or other integration experience.
- Experience with Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time & Absence .
- Workday certification is preferred.
