Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. The average compensation for this role is $115,000-$130,000 CAD. We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven technology leader to lead the planning, delivery, and optimization of enterprise information systems that power our business and support critical business processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of critical technology platforms while partnering closely with business leaders to drive innovation and operational excellence. As a key member of the IT team, you will utilize deep technical expertise and business process knowledge to ensure technology solutions effectively meet organizational needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. What You'll Do

• Lead the management, and continuous improvement of enterprise information systems, infrastructure, and technology services.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
• Cover specific domain evaluation, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications, platforms, and services.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of technology systems supporting business operations.
• Drive infrastructure architecture standards, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and long-term sustainability.
• Champion cybersecurity, data protection, governance, and compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Lead the delivery of IT services and support, maintaining a seamless experience for internal and external users.
• Manage technology projects and vendor relationships, ensuring successful execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Identify opportunities to modernize systems, automate processes, and leverage emerging technologies to create business value. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing IT teams in a dynamic business environment.
• Experience participating in and driving all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis and architecture design through development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in development, Java experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed application design.
• Proven experience developing modern web applications using React.js, including functional components, Hooks, and state management concepts.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs.
• Strong understanding of RESTful web services, JSON, and API-driven development.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks, including Hibernate and JPA.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to improve productivity while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, testing, and peer review.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment. What We're Looking For

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing automated testing using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or equivalent testing frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in Agile software development practices.
• Exposure to DevSecOps principles, application security best practices, and cloud-native architectures .

• Promouvoir les initiatives de cybersécurité, de protection des données, de gouvernance et de conformité à l’échelle de l’organisation.
• Diriger la prestation des services TI et du soutien technique tout en maintenant une expérience fluide pour les utilisateurs internes et externes.
• Gérer les projets technologiques et les relations avec les fournisseurs afin d’assurer une exécution réussie et des résultats d’affaires mesurables.
• Développer, encadrer et faire progresser des équipes technologiques performantes tout en favorisant une culture de collaboration, de responsabilisation et d’innovation.
• Identifier des occasions de moderniser les systèmes, d’automatiser les processus et de tirer parti des technologies émergentes afin de créer de la valeur pour l’entreprise. Connaissances, compétences et expérience
