Your Mission

  • Work closely with the Associate Creative Director, as well as Art Directors, Project Managers, Producers, Content Creators, Business Units and Channel Owners, to develop and deliver high- and low-production campaigns, ensuring consistent, on brand quality across all creative work through final asset delivery.
  • Lead the day-to-day tasks associated with pre-production, production and post-production for assigned campaigns, inlcuding hands on design and file creation
  • Lead creative projects through all phases of development and execution, from concept ideation and design development to final delivery. Design and create production-ready files and assets, applying strong craft across layout, typography, file building, colour, print, digital and video, while using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to create high-quality outputs
  • Partner with internal producers to plan and execute photoshoots and other productions
  • Lead brainstorming sessions within the Internal Creative Agency, Business Units, external partners,external creative agencies and cross-channel teams
  • Present creative work to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Stay informed on relevant creative, cultural and marketplace trends, and apply insights to inform the work
  • Collaborate with channels such as PR, Social, Paid Media, eCom and Retail to help ensure creative consistency across touchpoints
  • Support the identification and briefing of external partners such as photographers, creatives and producers
  • Work within production budgets on a project-by-project basis together with production managers
  • Lead the post-production asset selection and retouching process, including the preperation and delivery of final files
  • Contribute to the development of creative guidelines to support regional execution of global concepts
  • Support the development and execution of sales tools, including creative proposals, mood boards and internal documents, by designing layouts and creating final files as required
  • Act as a strong creative contributor within the Internal Creative Agency
  • Collaborate with and support junior team members where needed.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience across print, film, digital, retail, and brand design
  • Proven leadership experience, including guiding teams, mentoring colleagues, and managing external partners and resources
  • Ability to lead complex creative projects from strategic concept and design direction through production and delivery
  • Advanced expertise in creative processes, typography, color theory, digital and interactive design, video storytelling, and print production
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion and 3D experience is an advantage
  • Strong strategic, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple initiatives
  • Experience directing studio and location photo shoots in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including internationally.
