We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting and coordination with internal teams, auditors and government authorities for our Family Office. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, maintains a high level of accuracy, follows through on compliances and deadlines, and can independently handle day-to-day accounting and finance responsibilities while supporting the management team with timely and reliable financial information. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and MS Word. Working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance. Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, auditors and government authorities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records using accounting software such as Tally. Manage accounting requirements for companies, LLPs, partnership firms, and individual/promoter accounts. Perform regular bank, ledger, investment and inter-company/inter-entity reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including tracking outstanding payments and collections. Prepare workings and file periodic statutory returns, including GST, TDS and Income Tax returns, ensuring timely compliance. Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and other financial statements. Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules, documents and supporting information. Monitor statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization and ensure timely compliance. Coordinate with relevant internal teams for Income Tax, GST and other government department assessments/notices. Liaise with auditors, consultants, tax professionals, government authorities and other relevant stakeholders as required. Prepare periodic MIS and financial reports as required by management. Perform other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as assigned by management. Assist management with financial information and analysis required for investments, business decisions, transactions and other Family Office matters.
