JOB ID: HRD-L1-3 Job Title: Jr. Technical Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top technical talent. They will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending job offers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to extending job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate records and metrics of recruiting activities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote Void Solutions and attract top talent. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to screen candidates for technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Experience with sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Benefits:
