Security Engineering (Engineering) - Executive Director

The Asia Network Security ED role provides the dedicated senior leadership needed to strengthen Network Security coverage across Asia. The role is responsible for setting regional direction, driving execution, and connecting APAC business, technology, risk, and Cyber stakeholders to the broader global Network Security strategy. Formalizing this role will sustain that leadership presence and ensure clear accountability for regional priorities, including network security modernization, Zero Trust micro segmentation, AI agent security, operational cyber resilience, and governance of critical controls. Additional Location Justification Hong Kong is essential for this role because the leadership gap is regional and requires an experienced senior leader on the ground. Providing immediate Network Security leadership while also enabling to support broader Cyber priorities across Asia. Maintaining the role in Hong Kong provides direct access to APAC business, technology, risk, and regulatory stakeholders; accelerates decision-making and issue resolution across time zones; and ensures regional requirements are represented in firmwide strategy and execution. Locating the position elsewhere would reduce the local leadership coverage the role was established to address and weaken connectivity between APAC execution and global Network Security and Cyber priorities.
