Description Project Coordinator Since 1983, HTI Cybernetics® has provided intelligent manufacturing solutions that support and enhance production, including automation systems, material handling solutions, assembly tooling, and collaborative robotics. Primary Responsibilities Project Coordinator: Work directly with the Project Management team to assist in managing projects. As a project coordinator you would be involved in the project from concept design through commissioning and final buyoff at customer site. Below are tasks you would be involved in as a project coordinator:
- Initial project set up: Budget set up, timelines and open issues
- Meeting preparation: Schedule meetings and update open issues
- Attend weekly mechanical design review meetings
- Release engineering designs
- Maintain project timelines
- Participate in financial reviews
- Participate in internal and external buyoffs Requirements Education/Skills/Experience Required Project Coordinator:
- Working experience in one of the following:
- Hands on mechanical machine assembly
- Mechanical Design
- Engineering
- Education in a field related to manufacturing or mechanical design
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to communicate clearly both written and verbal
