We are seeking talented individuals to join our care giving team at our Florence Home location. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion. Qualifications:

• Certificate in Dietary Management (CDM) or Certification in Food Service Management, or an associate degree or bachelor's degree in food service management and Restaurant Management is required.
• 5 years supervisory or leadership role in food service management.
• Previous experience in a retirement or health care setting (preferred).
• Ability to speak, read, and write English. Responsibilities
• Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high standards of food service management and hospitality.
• Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing service quality.
