Talent Acquisition Fresher – IT Recruitment Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Fresher to join our Recruitment team at an IT services organization . This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 years of experience who are interested in building a career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and engaging candidates for various IT and non-IT positions across the organization. Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates for various IT positions such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Data/Cloud professionals,Fullstack, and other technology roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels .
• Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and technical skills.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication, experience, availability, location, and basic technical fit .
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, offers, and joining dates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview status reports.
• Assist in organizing walk-in drives, recruitment drives, campus hiring, and job fairs .
• Support the recruitment team with daily administrative and coordination activities.
• Learn and develop an understanding of IT skills, technologies, job requirements, and recruitment processes . Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
• 0–1 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word .
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
