[LTA-PT] DEPUTY/ ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS OPERATIONS

[What the role is] Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager, Bus Operations Management (Routes) [What you will be working on] [What you will be working on]

• To coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure public bus route movements are safe with provision of feasible bus priortiy measures.
• Provide inputs on planned roadwork and road diversion consultations along bus plying routes, and work with relevant internal/ external stakeholders to ensure that public bus movements remain safe and not adversely affected.
• Review existing bus route corridors and assess the feasibility of traffic scheme enhancements to enhance bus priority and bus operational movements.
• Review the requirement for bus trials to ensure that new, amended or increased capacity provision bus routes are safe for bus operations.
• Conduct operational review and analysis of private bus routes movement such as Little-India Bus Services.
• Attend to feedback/ complaints/ suggestions from commuters, bus operators, and members of public on matters pertaining to bus route movements.
• Perform any other duties assisgned by the Reporting Officer. [What we are looking for] [What we are looking for]
• Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong interest in driving business change using technology and data
• Preferably knowledge in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
