This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (WMP) based in United States. This is a hands-on talent acquisition role supporting a growing portfolio of consumer and health-focused businesses. You will independently manage full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of functions and seniority levels, with a strong focus on digital talent. The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, and exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to translate evolving business needs into effective recruiting strategies and processes. Success requires a resourceful, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to identify high-potential candidates beyond conventional career paths. You will also help strengthen recruiting operations through technology, AI-enabled tools, market insights, and continuous process improvement.
