Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Azure environments, ensuring availability, performance, and operational stability.
- Provision, configure, and manage Azure infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking) aligned to standards.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
- Implement and maintain access controls, policies, and governance practices to support secure operations.
- Execute change activities (patching, upgrades, configuration changes) with proper validation and rollback planning.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, runbooks, operational procedures, and recurring issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments and ensure infrastructure readiness for applications.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce manual effort through standardization and automation. Minimum Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Azure Administration and Azure Infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience managing Azure resources, subscriptions, and resource groups in production environments.
- Working knowledge of monitoring, incident management, and operational troubleshooting in cloud environments.
- Understanding of cloud security basics including identity/access management and least-privilege principles.
- Education: BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC. Technical requirements Good to have skills: PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure Monitor, Azure Policy, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/Bicep) Additional responsibilities Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure networking concepts such as VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing, and connectivity patterns.
- Exposure to Azure governance and cost management practices (tagging, policy enforcement, budget monitoring).
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline administration tasks (e.g., PowerShell or Azure CLI).
- Experience supporting backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability configurations in Azure.
- Proven ability to collaborate with application teams to align infrastructure operations with delivery timelines and SLAs. Education MCA,MSc,MTech,Bachelor of Engineering
