You’re not just supporting leadership; you’re amplifying the impact of the CEO and shaping the initiatives that drive Lio’s growth. As a Founders Associate Intern in the CEO Office, you’ll work hands-on with the Go-to-Market team and across the company to turn strategic decisions into action. What You'll Do In this role, you will:
- Assist the CEO with strategic projects and high-impact decision-making
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, helping launch and optimize campaigns that fuel growth
- Support the optimization of internal processes to make the company faster, smarter, and more scalable
- Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to align cross-functional efforts
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes Your Profile You’re a good fit for this role if you:

- Think analytically, act proactively, and turn insights into action
