R eporting to the Director of Studio Openings & Facilities, the New Studio Opening Manager owns the end-to-end operational execution of new studio openings, partnering with Operations, Development, Field Leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive every assigned opening from lease execution through Grand Opening. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert in the overall [solidcore] experience and ensure every element communicates the [solidcore] vision. They will motivate and inspire the new studio teams to create the best experience for all [solidcore] clients while being protective of, and working to spread, the [solidcore] culture. When not working within a new studio opening process, they will be contributing to the [solidcore] operations team and coaching classes within their local market.
