This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Sênior de Processos e Automação based in Brazil. This role is a key driver of transformation within a growing Backoffice organization, focused on making processes more efficient, scalable, and data-driven. You will map and redesign processes across multiple service pillars, identify operational bottlenecks, and use data to guide improvement priorities. A major part of the role involves identifying and enabling automation and AI opportunities across previously manual activities. You will work closely with Product, CX, New Business, and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions. The position combines process expertise, analytics, automation, and strategic thinking in an environment that is still evolving. You will also help shape the gradual expansion of the Backoffice scope through structured analysis, prioritization, and measurable improvements.
