As a Manager you will lead client service work streams, coach teams, and manage the delivery of assurance services that support the review of financial statements, internal controls, governance, and risk processes. This role sits within our Audit and Assurance practice and calls for a leader who can balance technical judgment, team development, and client service priorities while bringing structure to complex engagements and moving work forward with clarity. As a Manager you will motivate and develop others, manage performance, and use your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that add value to the firm and its clients. In this role at PwC, you will oversee assigned engagement work, validate deliverables against firm methodology, use technology to strengthen delivery, and address issues with clients and team members as they arise. Responsibilities

  • Leading client service workstreams focused on audit and other assurance engagements across financial statements, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while validating deadlines, scope, and deliverables
  • Reviewing work products for accuracy, technical alignment, and compliance with professional standards and independence requirements
  • Coaching and developing team members through feedback, mentoring, and performance management
  • Applying knowledge of auditing methodologies, audit documentation, internal controls, and compliance frameworks to address complex client needs
  • Coordinating issue resolution, escalating concerns when appropriate, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying process improvements and technology-enabled methods that improve delivery, documentation, and workflow efficiency
  • Monitoring engagement progress and resource use while adapting plans to address changing client priorities What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: an active CPA License What Sets You Apart
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting
  • Demonstrating audit coordination experience across multiple client service workstreams
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables across engagement phases
  • Mentoring junior staff through review, feedback, and coaching
  • Applying auditing methodologies, controls testing, and documentation skills
