- Manage day to day activity with Professional Services team
- Develop and design consulting management project objective and timeline upon agreed cooperation.
- Conduct risk assessment to calculate project risk and communicate it to client.
- Responsible to represent client interest in developing project goals and result.
- Develop project planning and execute the project based on the project objective and timeline
- Monitor project execution to ensure it run effective, efficient and delivered on time
- Actively communicate all schedule and timetable for project execution with clients
- Communicate and work closely with client team member in any project execution
- Provide independent advice for client’s management regarding the project management and execution.
- Ensure overall goals & achievement and also project standard quality are in compliance with Client’s requirement
- Calculate and maintain project cost and financing
- Recruit sub-contractor and other resources (including manpower) to execute project, if necessary.
- Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor and other resources to ensure they meet client standard and quality. Management Support Activities:
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Supervisory level, or
