Demand Planner

Department: Merchandise, Demand, and Inventory Planning Capability Area: Global Demand Planning Location: North Vancouver Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a Demand Planner at Arc’teryx, you will build and maintain the rolling demand forecast for your assigned category, building statistically driven baselines, translating assortment plans into demand projections, and contributing to the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle with a consensus plan that connects near-term execution to a 1-5-year demand view. You will work across a broad cross-functional network, including Merchandise Financial Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Allocations, Merchandising, FP&A, and Commercial, bringing rigor and commercial curiosity to every forecast you produce. This is a role for a planner who knows how to balance statistical discipline with business judgment, who takes pride in forecast accuracy, and who is continuously looking for ways to improve. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
