Job Title: ACM Project Management Internship Department: Study Management Location: Onsite, 160 Elmgrove Park, Rochester, NY Hours Per Week: Spring or Fall. Hours as agreed upon/Per program requirements Schedule: Days SUMMARY As a Clinical Trials Project Management Intern you will gain exposure to the clinical trials industry and project management structure as it relates to managing clinical trials client studies. You will have opportunity to network/shadow and perform functional responsibilities in project management. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support intake of meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Support development and delivery of internal presentations
  • Complete data collection and data analytics
  • Contribute to standardization of presentations & training and continuous improvement projects
  • Participate in projects as assigned
  • Shadow across all areas of project management team including, Study Managers, Portfolio Managers and Leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Student Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Must reside in Rochester, NY or commutable distance to site EDUCATION: LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sedentary
  • Sedentary roles are primarily office-based and require prolonged sitting (67–100% of the workday) with minimal physical effort and lifting limited to under 10 lbs. Fine motor skills are necessary for computer work, writing, and telephone use, supported by clear visual and auditory ability. Cognitive and emotional demands are high due to extended concentration, frequent interruptions, independent decision-making, and information processing. Although physical exposure is low, administrative areas within healthcare environments may occasionally involve contact with infectious agents. Some roles may require flexible hours, TB screening, or a valid driver’s license. For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements. PAY RANGE: $19.00 - $19.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14624 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
