Oracle Finance Technical Consultant Experience: 9+ Years Location: Anywhere in India Hybrid Shift: 1:00 PM 11:00 PM / 3:30 PM 1:30 AM Start Date: Immediate Interview Process: 2 Rounds Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules , technical development, integrations, and cross-functional modules. Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong technical experience in Oracle EBS AP, AR, GL, FA , with cross-functional knowledge of OM and Inventory .
- Good understanding of functional flows across AP, AR, EB-Tax, Purchasing, GL, FA, Inventory and Order Management .
- Strong experience in Inbound Interfaces such as AP Invoice, GL Interface and AR Invoice.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL*Loader, APIs, PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripts .
- Strong experience in Oracle R12 and understanding of Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing and Order Management .
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Workflow or OAF .
- Strong development experience in PL/SQL, Triggers, Procedures, APIs, Interfaces and RICE components .
- Experience developing reports using Report Builder, Discoverer and XML Publisher .
- Strong understanding of Oracle database schemas, table structures, data flow, integration points and data conversion .
- Experience in SQL/PLSQL performance tuning .
- Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications for Finance interfaces.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Finance module implementations .
- Experience with Oracle Implementation Methodology and Business Process Engineering .
- Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, documentation and training skills .
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Planning, Commercial and IT.
- Knowledge of Apex and Java is an added advantage.
- Experience with third-party applications integrated with Oracle Finance is a plus.
- Manufacturing and Planning module experience is an added advantage.
- Exposure to project management methodologies and matrix management environments.
