This senior-level role will help shape compensation strategies that support organizational objectives, market competitiveness, and equitable pay practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Compensation leadership and business stakeholders across enterprise-wide compensation programs. The position combines advanced analytics with program design, benchmarking, administration, and strategic consultation. You will analyze complex compensation data and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership and executive decision-making. The role offers the opportunity to influence base pay, incentive programs, salary structures, pay equity, and compliance initiatives. You will work in a collaborative environment where data-driven recommendations directly support talent attraction, retention, and rewards. Occasional on-site participation will be required for critical strategic planning and leadership meetings throughout the year.
