Key Responsibilities * Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sample collection for routine and specialized lab investigations. * Ensure accurate labeling, logging, and barcoding of collected samples to prevent pre-analytical errors. * Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and strict adherence to biomedical waste management standards. * Ensure clear communication and patient comfort during sample draws. Candidate Profile & Qualifications * Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT / CMLT) or relevant clinical certification. * Experience: Prior experience in phlebotomy/sample collection in a hospital, diagnostic lab, or clinic setup. * Skills: Strong venipuncture technique, vein assessment, and patient-handling skills. * Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
