Welding & Fabrication Foreman Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: Starting at $39/hour , higher depending on experience, plus $3/hour second-shift differential Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Welding & Fabrication Foreman to lead second-shift shop operations. This role oversees employees, production activities, equipment, materials, scheduling, and quality while keeping fabrication work on track for safe and timely delivery. The Foreman works closely with fabrication, project management, logistics, purchasing, and other departments to coordinate production and resolve operational needs.
