Claims Advisor, AB

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Claims Advisor, AB based in Canada. As a Claims Advisor, you will manage complex first-party Accident Benefits claims and help customers navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. You’ll assess coverage, investigate claims, establish appropriate reserves, and negotiate settlements within your authority. The role combines technical insurance knowledge, critical thinking, customer service, and careful file management. You’ll communicate with claimants, vendors, medical professionals, lawyers, and internal teams throughout the claims process. Working remotely, you’ll operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for documentation, compliance, and service. You’ll also collaborate closely with Accident Benefits Adjusters and Claims Assistants to resolve customer concerns and achieve effective outcomes.
