Job Details Registered Nurse II Per Diem -36 hours monthly **(3) 12 hours shifts Rotating shifts | 7 AM- 7p:30 PM and 7 PM

Join the Per Diem Float Pool Team at ChristianaCare Cecil Campus and provide exceptional care where you are needed most. In this role, you'll work across a variety of acute care units, gaining valuable experience while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Every shift offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference for patients and their families. What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care across multiple units, including:
  • Medical
  • Surgical
  • Step-Down/PCU
  • Medical Observation
  • Surgical Observation
  • ED Hold What We're Looking For
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptability and confidence in diverse patient care environments
  • Commitment to patient advocacy and exceptional care
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach Qualifications
  • BSN required or commitment to obtain within three years of hire (with relevant experience)
  • Minimum of two years of Medical-Surgical RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
