This role will lead a portfolio of operational improvement initiatives designed to make retirement plan administration more accurate, scalable, and efficient. You will identify operational pain points and translate them into technology, process, and system improvements with measurable business impact. The position combines deep retirement plan administration expertise with hands-on transformation, project management, and technology adoption. You will lead system migrations, improve data quality, introduce automation, and drive adoption of new tools across diverse operational teams. Working closely with Administration, Product, Technology, Transformation, and CRM teams, you will help shape a roadmap for continuous improvement. The role offers significant ownership over how processes evolve and how technology is embedded into day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity for an experienced operations leader to modernize complex workflows in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
