Description Centrisys/CNP is an established company and a leader in the centrifuge manufacturing industry. We are an organization that is client-focused, team-driven, and a fast-growing enterprise with great opportunities for advancement. We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
- Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements to enhance production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that processes comply with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures in manufacturing environments.
- Conduct process capability studies and implement process control strategies.
- Collect, record, and interpret data on process performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on process performance and improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor and control production costs and expenses.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning related to process improvements.
- Design and develop new centrifuge systems and components based on market needs and technological advancements.
- Conduct research and feasibility studies to innovate and improve existing products.
- Perform simulations, modeling, and analysis to ensure the reliability and efficiency of designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing, to bring new products from concept to production.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate design performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze test data and iterate designs to achieve optimal performance and reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in centrifuge engineering.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the design and development process.

- Bachelor’s Degree Required; Environmental, Agricultural/Biological Systems; non-medical, Chemical.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but we will train recent graduates.
- Proven experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and project management.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
- In-depth understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be willing to travel a minimum of 50%.
