Description Country Inn & Suites in beautiful Red Wing is hiring for part-time and full-time Guest Service Representatives. Join Our Team as a Front Desk Rockstar! Position: Part-time Front Desk / Guest Service Representative Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Must be available to work both day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. 2

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations and guest requests
  • Provide helpful information about the hotel, amenities, and local area
  • Resolve guest questions and concerns with care and urgency
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
