Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Proposal Development: Coordinates and oversees the creation of comprehensive proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partners with sales, technical, and finance teams to gather necessary information and align proposal content with company capabilities.
  • Coordinate Market Analysis: Works closely with other Marketing members to evaluate trends and to develop strategic approaches that enhance department throughput.
  • Ensure Quality Compliance: Reviews and edits proposal documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage Customer Communications: Acts as the primary liaison during the proposal process, addressing inquiries and facilitating clear, effective interactions. Key Skills:
