About the Role As an Operations Specialist , you will support the operational execution of the Autodesk business across the Western Balkans region . You will serve as the primary operational contact for Autodesk partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate order processing , transaction management , incentive validation , and the smooth resolution of operational issues. Working closely with Partner Managers, Finance, Customer Success teams, Autodesk operations teams, and partners , you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence and a best-in-class partner experience. What You'll Do

• Process Autodesk orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support partner transaction requests related to subscriptions, renewals, and licensing .
• Monitor order status and coordinate resolution of operational issues throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Validate incentive calculations and support rebate reconciliation activities.
• Review partner performance data and support incentive programme administration.
• Act as a trusted operational contact for Autodesk partners and provide guidance on processes, transactions, and documentation requirements. What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Order Management, Finance Operations, Business Support, or Partner Support.
• Experience in a software, technology, or channel partner environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English , both written and spoken. What We Offer
