As a International Tax Senior Associate you will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions, analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that support tax planning and compliance. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to address complex situations while developing your personal brand and technical skills within our Tax Services practice. In this role at PwC Mexico, you will contribute to international tax engagements, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and apply PwC methodologies and tools to deliver work that aligns with client needs and broader engagement objectives. Responsibilities

  • Analyzing complex international tax positions and applying tax laws, regulations, and guidance to client matters
  • Developing tax planning strategies for multinational businesses across cross-border structures and transactions
  • Preparing and reviewing tax research, technical memoranda, and documentation supporting international tax positions
  • Evaluating tax risks, compliance requirements, and reporting implications for global operations
  • Interpreting data and financial information to inform tax recommendations and planning alternatives
  • Coordinating tax compliance activities, provision support, and disclosure considerations for assigned engagements
  • Building client relationships by addressing questions, clarifying technical issues, and adapting to changing business needs
  • Mentoring junior team members by reviewing work products, sharing technical knowledge, and guiding task execution What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
