Lead QA Engineer (playwright & appium webdriver)

Our QA team plays a critical role in ensuring world-class reliability, performance, and usability across web and mobile applications—leveraging modern test automation frameworks to ship with confidence at startup speed. Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation test suites using Playwright for web and Appium/Webdriver for mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies, identify edge cases, and ensure quality from feature inception to production.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) to enable rapid, reliable releases.
• Build reusable, modular test components and framework enhancements to reduce maintenance overhead and accelerate test execution.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent UX and functionality.
• Monitor test results, triage failures, and work with engineering to root-cause and resolve defects early in the development cycle. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
