Are You Booster’s Next Lead Conversion Specialist, Gear? As a Lead Conversion Specialist on the Booster Gear team, you’ll help prospective clients move quickly and confidently through the earliest stages of their buying journey. You’ll own leads from initial inquiry through qualification, answering questions, proactively following up, and helping each prospective client determine the right next step. Through strong product knowledge, persistent communication, and organized pipeline management, you’ll create clarity and momentum throughout the client experience. When a prospective client is ready to move forward, you’ll ensure a smooth handoff to the appropriate Customer Success Manager so they can continue the conversation without missing a beat. How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:

  • Engage prospective clients: Respond promptly to incoming Booster Gear leads and inquiries, including Event Day Shirts and General Spirit Wear, and serve as the primary point of contact during the initial engagement stage.
  • Own the follow-up process: Proactively follow up with assigned leads using established cadences, adapting your communication based on each client and situation.
  • Drive leads toward a clear outcome: Take ownership of moving conversations toward a “yes,” “no,” “not now,” or defined future follow-up date, including re-engaging prospective clients when conversations stall.
  • Create a clear client experience: Communicate professionally and confidently through email, phone, and text, helping clients understand their options and making the next step simple and actionable.
  • Qualify and transition opportunities: Recognize when prospective clients are ready to move forward, gather the information needed for the next stage, and quickly transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate Customer Success Manager.
  • Create seamless handoffs: Clearly communicate expectations to clients and provide thorough notes and context so Customer Success Managers can continue conversations without requiring clients to repeat information.
  • Build strong product knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Booster Gear products, services, timelines, and processes so you can confidently answer common questions, clarify options, and help remove barriers that may prevent clients from moving forward.
  • Manage an organized pipeline: Maintain accurate lead statuses, communication history, notes, next steps, and follow-up dates in the CRM so every active opportunity has a clear next action.
  • Help improve the sales process: Surface recurring client questions, objections, and process challenges that could help strengthen the overall Booster Gear sales experience. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of client conversations, follow-ups, and commitments
  • A proactive and persistent approach to moving conversations toward a clear outcome
