Description
- Drive strategic marketing efforts and execution for Mashreq Cards & Payments to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, activation, spend, engagement, retention and portfolio growth across credit cards, debit cards, instalment products and payment solutions.
- Manage the annual marketing plan, campaign calendar and marketing budget, delivering integrated, data-led campaigns across paid, owned, earned and partner channels to achieve business objectives and maximise return on marketing investment.
- Implement digital-first marketing, support rewards programme and strategic partnerships, while strengthening product visibility, customer experience, brand equity and regulatory compliance.
