' : - ( - ) Experience: 10+ yrs Location: Pune, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Architect to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of production-grade AI-powered applications. The role combines software architecture, hands-on Python engineering, full-stack development, Generative AI, cloud-native technologies, and technical leadership . The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable production systems and applying modern AI technologies to enterprise applications. You will provide technical direction across the software development lifecycle, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and help establish scalable approaches for enterprise AI adoption. Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve scalable end-to-end architectures for AI-powered and enterprise applications.
• Lead the design and development of production-grade backend services, APIs, and AI orchestration layers using Python .
• Develop and guide full-stack application development using React/Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Design and integrate LLM applications, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and enterprise data sources .
• Establish engineering standards for security, reliability, scalability, observability, performance, and maintainability .
• Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, technology evaluations, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Design event-driven and distributed application architectures where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and other technology stakeholders.
• Drive technical solutions from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor senior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to hiring and engineering capability development.
• Promote responsible AI practices covering privacy, explainability, governance, security, and appropriate AI controls .
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, architecture, automation, and AI adoption.
• Support enterprise-scale deployment and productionisation of AI solutions. What Makes You a Great Fit
• 10+ years of software engineering experience , including 5+ years building production systems with Python .
• Strong hands-on expertise with FastAPI, Django, Flask, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures .
• Proven experience designing scalable backend systems and enterprise application architectures.
• Full-stack development experience with React or Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Strong practical experience building LLM-powered applications, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents .
• Strong cloud-native expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP , along with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and enterprise data integrations.
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions, conduct technical design reviews, and influence engineering teams.
• Experience delivering AI solutions at enterprise scale is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, AI safety controls, governance, and responsible AI practices .
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI .
• Strong understanding of application security, observability, reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Experience working in consulting, enterprise technology, or regulated-industry environments is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, software architecture, or AI technologies would be an advantage.
