Performs a variety of duties requiring general maintenance and laborer skills to service buildings, equipment and grounds. Works well in a team atmosphere.   • 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Woburn, MA. This position is an onsite role.** What you will do:
  • Performs tasks such as but not limited to grounds keeping, snow operations, equipment setup, furniture moving, cement patching, floor tile/ carpet tile installation, removal of flooring material, installation of cove base and similar products; maintain, repair, and install roof top fall protective system (Garlock)
  • Works from verbal and written instructions of supervision, and performs standard millwright duties such as moving position, installing and setting up various types of assigned machine tools, production and test equipment. May assist in rigging as necessary.
  • Operates above equipment and moves material and product as assigned.
  • Assist skilled trades in delivery and removal of associated stock, material, equipment and construction debris.
  • Hang all wall-hung fixtures, such as, but not limited to, signs, pictures, mirrors, and similar items on masonry or brick.
  • Performs all duties contained in the Facilities Operator C classification as directed.
  • Creates stock list in conjunction with or reviewed with the group leader
  • Notifies supervision when major and extensive repairs or modifications are necessary.
  • Maintains a clean work area.
  • Performs general maintenance and daily housekeeping of workplace, tools and equipment.
  • Maintains records, moves materials and follows safety rules in performance of duties.
  • Performs other similar duties as required or directed. Qualifications You Must Have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or HiSET)
  • Minimum of 2 years trades training and general maintenance service duties
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.   • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. Wage and workplace conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement. Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union. Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
