Senior Technical Recruiter

This role offers the opportunity to help scale a fast-growing organization developing next-generation AI compute technology. You will own full-cycle recruiting across highly specialized technical areas including ASIC, silicon, hardware, software, systems, and AI infrastructure. The position also extends into Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and other business functions, providing broad exposure across the organization. You will partner directly with engineering leaders, executives, and hiring managers to define talent needs, build targeted pipelines, and secure high-quality candidates in competitive markets. The role combines technical recruiting expertise, proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and strategic workforce planning. It is well suited to an experienced recruiter who can operate independently, challenge hiring assumptions constructively, and thrive in a fast-paced scaling environment.
