  • Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, and address conflicts or issues by engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, all while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
  • Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
  • Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across platforms
  • Utilizing microservices architecture to build scalable and efficient software systems
  • Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software development
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
  • Engaging in strategic planning and execution of software projects to meet client expectations
  • Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and fostering a culture of innovation What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
  • Utilizing advanced skills in Java, Python, and JavaScript for software development
  • Excelling in API Management and Microservices architecture
  • Leading teams in enterprise application integration and architecture
  • Mentoring team members in software project management and planning
  • Embracing innovation in platform engineering and architecture
