We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Associate Counsel to join our growing Legal Team. As Associate Counsel, you will provide legal advice and help ensure efficiency in legal processes and operations. Day-to-day, you will have the opportunity to support a broad range of legal work, including contract drafting and negotiation, deal execution, regulatory filings, legal research, fund formation and maintenance and various special projects. You will work within a team of accomplished and supportive attorneys to find novel solutions to complex legal and regulatory challenges. No one day will look exactly the same as the next. This role is perfect for those that thrive in a dynamic startup environment, are energized by new challenges, and want to broaden their experience through highly varied work.
