Senior Data Analyst Location: US Remote Location Preference: Virginia Remote Ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst (DA) who enjoys collaborating with clients and wants to help ensure delivery of enhanced, standardized reporting and analytics solutions that better support our business. You’ll join a team that supports utilities and customer programs stretching across the continental U.S. As part of your onboarding, you’ll be exposed to the team’s best practices. This will help you understand how the team delivers its specific client-focused reporting solutions and with this understanding, you’ll be able to help expand our business by developing and deploying improved solutions. Because you’re a demonstrated self-starter, you’ll be an integral part of the team and will lead initiatives to continually evolve and modernize delivery processes, help ensure data integrity is maintained and best practices are observed, plus you’ll help ensure the necessary communications occur, with both internal and external clients. What you will be doing: The Senior DA will have the challenge to lead special initiatives that help grow the ICF business and impact many different ICF teams. For each, you’ll listen to what’s being requested, applying your knowledge to help define scope, including what can and should be done, identifying opportunities for standardization, etc. You’ll help ensure the planned development process is efficiently scoped and can be implemented at scale. Lastly, you and your communications will help our team’s DA’s and developers understand and adapt plus you’ll also help inform other teams across our business about upcoming changes and improvements, helping them to understand how our technical solutions are evolving. While some interactions may require travel to facilitate successful scoping, local team deployments/trainings, and or client presentations, the Senior DA role is not expected to require substantial travel. You may be required to participate in periodic drug testing and background checks. What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in a business or data analyst role with progressively higher levels and types of responsibilities, including demonstrated experience maintaining and rapidly producing regular reporting deliverables for a variety of audiences
- Ability to define, document, and lead implementation of business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives
- Experience using software tools like SharePoint, JIRA, or similar systems as well as Excel and other data management tools What we would like you to have:
- Experience using, developing, and managing data visualization tasks, such as those using Power BI reports and dashboards
- Experience with data-driven storytelling built using enhanced data presentment and data visualization techniques

- There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is : $74,090.00 - $125,954.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
