Are you passionate about connecting with your community and creating positive experiences? We are looking for a customer experience superstar to join our Balclutha Community Library Team . This full-time role is varied and rewarding, with every day bringing new people, challenges and opportunities. What You'll Do:
- Provide friendly, high-quality library services.
- Assist customers with a wide range of enquires and requests.
- Support customers with digital technology, troubleshooting problems and finding solutions.
- Contribute to library programmes and events to support life-long learning through digital inclusion, creativity and literacy.
- Help maintain a welcoming, safe and well-presented library environment.
- Work collaboratively with the wider library team to deliver great customer experiences. What you will bring:
