As a Knowledge, Content & Comms Associate you will support content development, knowledge management, and internal communications efforts within our Brand Management, Marketing and Sales practice. As an Associate you will bring curiosity, adaptability, and reliability to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of assigned tasks, learn from a range of stakeholders, and contribute quality work that supports team goals. In this role at PwC, you will help organize and refresh materials, gather information from multiple sources, draft and update content, and support campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and client engagement. Responsibilities
  • Supporting knowledge, content, and communications activities for client and industry initiatives
  • Developing marketing content, messaging, and campaign materials across digital and internal channels
  • Coordinating content calendars, version control, and publishing workflows for timely delivery
  • Gathering market intelligence and audience insights to inform content strategy and topic selection
  • Drafting, editing, and formatting communications that align with brand standards and business priorities
  • Monitoring campaign performance and compiling findings to guide future content decisions
  • Managing project tasks in collaboration with internal teams, including intake, routing, and status tracking
  • Applying content management systems, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms to organize and distribute materials
  • Adapting messaging for different audiences while maintaining consistency across channels and deliverables
  • Tracking feedback, revising materials, and supporting continuous improvement in marketing operations What You Must Have
  • At least a Graduate or the Post graduate degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e-Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
  • Applying coursework or internship experience in content, communications, or marketing
  • Demonstrating familiarity with content management tools and digital workflows
  • Gathering and organizing information from multiple sources for team use
  • Adapting quickly in fast-paced settings while maintaining reliable follow-through
