Plant Manufacturing Head – Precision Machined Components

Role Overview The Plant Manufacturing Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of the plant, leading all manufacturing operations with a strong focus on precision machining and heat treatment processes. The role carries full accountability for plant performance, including budgeting and cost control. Key Responsibilities

• Take complete charge of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance and manpower
• Oversee precision machining and heat treatment processes to ensure output meets quality and delivery targets
• Prepare, manage and monitor the plant budget, and drive cost optimization
• Plan production schedules and ensure efficient use of machines, materials and people
• Lead and develop plant teams across functions
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and quality system requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and process efficiency
• Report plant performance to senior management Requirements
• Experience18-25 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in precision machining and heat treatment
• Proven experience in plant budgeting and financial control
• Experience leading a complete plant or major manufacturing operation
• Background in precision / auto component manufacturing preferred
