What You Can Expect : Key Responsibility Areas:
- Assisting internal customers & operations team with shipment handling
- Processing booking documentation, transport management system (TMS) data entry and financial accruals
- Ensure timely and proper setting of milestones/ status codes with a target of 100% data quality
- Preparation and transfer of documentation
- Handling different types of shipment: Back-to-Back, Direct Master, Consolidation, etc
- Strict meeting of timeframes for shipment handling to different countries What You Bring: Knowledge & Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, specifically with Air / Ocean Freight forwarding
- Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy
- Fluent English (spoken and written) Skills & Attributes:
- Good proficiency in use of office systems and experience with Logistics TMS or ERP systems
- Professional working attitude with sense of responsibility
- Accuracy & detailed driven work ethic
- Work independently and as a virtual team player (part of global team)
- Highly trainable and approachable
