- Detailed Job Description : Strong functional knowledge of Workday Learning.
- Experience approving and validating Workday Learning configuration and build activities.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Audience Builder.
- Familiarity with commonly used HCM reporting criteria and worker attributes used for audience creation.
- Experience working with Workday calculated fields, including understanding how security impacts calculated field results.
- Ability to troubleshoot Workday Learning audience and reporting issues by analyzing report logic, calculated fields, and security.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning security domains and business processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday Learning implementations or production support environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a healthcare or other highly regulated environment is a plus
