Our partner is looking for a Líder de Migración Tecnológica (Core de Pagos & Adquirencia) Bilingüe based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact technology migration within the payments and financial services ecosystem. You will oversee the transition from a legacy acquiring platform to a modern processing architecture while protecting business continuity. Your leadership will be critical to maintaining transaction integrity across merchants, balances, and payment flows. You will design and govern migration, cutover, rollback, contingency, and reconciliation strategies with a strong focus on operational resilience. Working with global and multidisciplinary teams, you will combine Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver key milestones. This is a technical leadership opportunity for an experienced payments professional who thrives in complex, mission-critical environments.
