This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operating experience who wants to build their CNC machining skills and grow with an established manufacturer . You don’t need to be a CNC machinist or programmer. We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, quality-focused, and ready to learn. Why This Role Stands Out

- Weekly paychecks What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts
- Load and unload parts and maintain production flow
- Perform in-process quality checks
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Monitor machines and recognize changes that could affect part quality
- Make basic adjustments as trained and authorized
- Identify and report tooling, quality, or equipment issues
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Keep your work area clean and organized Requirements What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- CNC experience is a plus, but we’re willing to develop the right person
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to use or learn precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
