Job Description:

• Portfolio Management: Manage the full lifecycle of FOF products across all risk profiles. Lead multi-asset allocation, manager selection, and portfolio construction based on robust macroeconomic research.
• Quantitative Strategy: Integrate quantitative models into investment decisions. Build research frameworks for performance attribution and style exposure analysis.
• Global Due Diligence: Execute standardized DD on onshore/offshore managers (leveraging a 1,000+ manager coverage base). Spearhead USD seed fund investments and build a premium offshore manager pipeline.
• Institutional Solutions: Design tailored FOF allocation solutions for institutional clients (banks, pensions, family offices). Drive cross-border capital introduction and oversee product launches.
• Risk & Strategy: Ensure strict adherence to cross-border regulations. Formulate mid-to-long-term strategies to drive product innovation and revenue growth. Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 10+ years of dedicated experience in FOF investment or asset allocation, with a proven track record across full market cycles.
• Extensive network of public/private fund managers with deep due diligence expertise.
• Mature, logically consistent investment methodology driven by strong research capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills; must meet regulatory licensing requirements for fund practitioners.
