Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. 1、工程人员需要具备满足当地部门要求的相关资质--拥有电工操作证； 2、 每班按照规定的巡检路线定时设备巡检，检查设备泄漏、振动、噪音，过热，检查各设备运行参数是否在规定范围内，及时发现设备异常并记录在 工程部工作日报中，临时处理也要记录在内； 3、 按标准操作程序进行设备启停、切换操作，严禁违规操作； 4、当工单系统上有工单时，应在规定时间范围内响应服务要求，完成后在工单上填写相应信息； 5、如在巡检中发现任何施工安全问题，需立即要求停止其施工，记录下施工单位、工牌号、施工申请单号、施工内容并及时汇报直属领导、JLL SHE、客户 SHE； 6、如发现自己不能处理的异常情况，及时报告给班组长； 7、保证所使用的设备、工具完好、清洁，工作场地的5S； 8、按时、准确填写各种报告，并保证报告的完整性； 9、根据现场安排运行时间完成交接班工作； 10、服从领导临时安排的工作任务； 11、接受公司在周末及节假日安排的加班； 12、有良好的学习及进取精神.
